31st August 2020, one of my oldest mentors in Wildlife Photography and a very humble person Vijay Cavale passed away. Vijay was not just another “Wildlife Photographer” in the Indian Wildlife Photography listicle, he was a very good mentor, a very talented photographer, and also a person who def takes credit for creating India Nature Pics ( INP Yahoo Groups ) and India Nature Watch ( INW Forum ) which was quite literally the springboard for many of us who got into Wildlife Photography. It was not just a place to share photographs but also to learn and interact with like-minded people and experts in the field like Vijay and many others. The wildlife photography community will definitely miss Vijay and his contribution to the fraternity.
